VICE PRESIDENT, BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY LIAISON

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our team. The position is located in Westboro/Boston, Massachusetts (4 days in office per week).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead the client operations team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.
  • Point of escalation for client operations team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. Liaison between clients and product/engineering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Typically 7-10 years of experience and 2-3 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
  • Subaccounting and/or Brokerage experience a plus

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
