This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in hospitality, brand management, innovation, customer experience, owner relations, and commercial strategy across Hilton's world-class portfolio. As Vice President, Brand Leader, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV), you will lead the brand strategy for Hilton Vacation Club, Hilton Grand Vacations Club, and Hilton Club. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Strategy, Insights & Full Service Brands, you will drive the long-term growth and value of the HGV portfolio while strengthening Hilton's strategic partnership with the Hilton Grand Vacations team.

What you'll do during a typical day:
  • Serve as Hilton's executive brand steward for HGV, protecting the long-term health, positioning, and integrity of the portfolio.
  • Define and evolve the long-term strategic vision for HGV in partnership with Hilton Grand Vacations leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships across Hilton Grand Vacations, serving as Hilton's primary strategic partner on matters impacting brand strategy, customer experience, and portfolio evolution.
  • Develop annual strategic priorities and brand roadmaps that align Hilton's enterprise objectives with the continued success of the brands.
  • Provide strategic guidance on initiatives including customer experience, resort positioning, marketing strategy, membership evolution, and portfolio growth.
  • Evaluate brand health, customer insights, member feedback, competitive trends, and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities that strengthen the HGV portfolio.
  • Visit HGV properties regularly to understand the evolving member and guest experience and identify opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation.

How you'll collaborate with others:
  • Serve as Hilton's primary executive liaison with Hilton Grand Vacations, building trusted relationships across executive leadership to strengthen the long-term strategic partnership.
  • Partner across Hilton's commercial teams to leverage enterprise channels, drive sales, and support quarterly business reviews to assess performance and identify additional opportunities.
  • Serve as internal Hilton business liaison across all functional areas to ensure all teams understand the unique dynamics of the HGV / timeshare business and are aligned with contractual obligations and strategic intent.

Projects you'll take ownership of:
  • Lead HGV brand initiatives by aligning stakeholders across Hilton and Hilton Grand Vacations, driving strategic priorities, and representing the brand in key governance and cross-functional forums.
  • Contribute to the continued success of HGV by shaping its long-term strategy and reinforcing its distinct position within the Hilton brand portfolio.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of experience in hospitality or related industries
  • Three (3) plus years of working directly with owners (either from a corporate or hotel role
  • Four (4) years of management experience
  • Willing to travel up to 40-50%

It would be useful if you have:
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree (MS/MA/MBA Preferred) or equivalent on the job experience
  • Experience operating in a fast paced, matrixed organization, leading and collaborating with multiple cross functional teams and key internal and external partners.
  • Experience with data analysis, project execution, and strategic development, including interpreting insights across multiple data points, developing recommendations, and telling a clear story to drive outcomes.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $210,000 - $320,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
