We specialize in workers' compensation primarily in California, with business presence in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and other western states.
We are seeking a senior actuarial and product management leader to own and advance the discipline of pricing optimization, performance analytics, and product portfolio expansion across the organization, bringing a product management lens to segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle optimization.
This role combines traditional actuarial leadership with modern analytics integration and product management oversight, ensuring pricing, underwriting strategy, analytics, and product suite are aligned with market needs, company objectives, and long-term profitability.

To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site three days a week, with the flexibility to work two days remotely with in-office days determined by business needs. Qualified remote candidates located in California will also be considered and expected to be in the office 1-2 times/month.
