BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an Licensed Veterinary Technician for our ICU in Kirkland!$5,000 Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!LVT Pay: $26.75 - $51.32/Hr
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system.
We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.
*Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.
For example:
- Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $4.50 Shift Differential
- Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $8.00 Shift Differential
- Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $4.50 Shift Differential
Schedule: Thursday - Satuday 6 AM - 7 PM

As an ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will:- Triage and obtain patient history
- Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
- Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
- Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
- Work along side other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
- Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
- Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
