The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a surgeon who is passionate about both patient care and continuous learning. The ideal candidate must be:
- Compassionate, with a commitment to providing advanced surgical care of the highest quality
- Skilled in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery; advanced training or residency completion preferred but not required
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a diverse caseload
- Calm and confident in challenging surgical and perioperative situations
- Dedicated to excellent client communication and collaborative patient care
- Able to work both independently and as part of a large, supportive team
