About This Role

Join us as our new Medical Director at Midtown Veterinary Hospital, where you'll combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership. You'll serve as the primary medical leader while maintaining an active clinical practice approximately 4 days per week, establishing medical standards and driving quality improvement initiatives across our growing network.

In this role, you'll lead the Midtown clinical team, mentor Associate DVMs, and collaborate with other hospital locations to share best practices. You'll have the opportunity to shape medical protocols, support our network expansion, and make a lasting impact on veterinary care while enjoying the innovation-rich community of Palo Alto.

**We are offering a $50,000 sign on bonus for this position!**

  • Clinical Excellence: You'll establish and maintain the highest standards of veterinary care by implementing best practices, guiding medical protocols, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatment.
