Dr. Nellett is a Certified Veterinary Mentor, having completed extensive training in leading with empathy and practicing open, transparent communication. She is deeply invested in mentoring new graduates and early-career veterinarians, creating a psychologically safe environment where doctors can build confidence, grow clinically, and thrive as a team.

Supporting the hospital's day-to-day operations is our Hospital Manager, Jessica, who brings over a decade of veterinary industry experience. Her steady leadership and operational expertise help ensure the hospital runs smoothly, allowing veterinarians to focus on excellent patient care.
