Veterinary Engagement Team (VET) Doctor to play a key role in shaping the future of our hospitals, teams, and medicine.
This role is intentionally designed for impact:3 days per week in-clinic mentorship and practicing medicine and surgery2 days focused on leadership, coaching, and doctor developmentWhat You'll Do:- Practice high-quality medicine and surgery alongside our teams
- Support hospitals with flow, efficiency, and clinical excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop veterinarians across VU
- Help shape medical standards, protocols, and initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive growth, culture, and innovation
- Play an active role in recruitment, retention, and team development
This is a
hands-on leadership role, blending clinical work with meaningful influence across the organization.
What We're Looking For:- Licensed DVM in good standing
- Passion for mentorship, leadership, and team development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
