Overview

CareVet of West Omaha is looking for an experienced full time DVM team member. This opportunity is for a full-time veterinarian who is looking to join our small animal practice in Omaha, Nebraska. In addition to our six figure base, this position offers a $125k bonus package, production bonus plan, clinical support, personalized 1:1 career coaching, schedule flexibility, 401k match, access to our vacation plan, and "true" paid time off.

About the Position
We are looking for an experienced veterinarian who is excited to contribute to a practice that is evolving and expanding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration, autonomy, and high-quality medicine within a supportive environment. We are seeking a veterinarian who is experienced with soft tissue surgery and dentals. Ideal schedule is three days per week plus a rotating Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Examine animals to assess their health and diagnose problems
  • Treat and dress wounds
  • Perform surgery on animals
  • Test for and vaccinate against diseases
  • Operate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines
  • Advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments

Qualifications
