The Opportunity We are seeking a
board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of specialists and emergency clinicians in a fast-paced, high-quality medical environment.
What You'll Do - Lead anesthesia and pain management services across a wide range of procedures
- Develop and implement individualized anesthetic and analgesic protocols
- Provide perioperative patient care, ensuring safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate closely with surgery, neurology, internal medicine, and ER teams
- Mentor and support technicians and clinical staff in anesthesia best practices
- Help shape and elevate anesthesia protocols and standards of care
What You Bring - DVM or equivalent degree
- Board certification (DACVAA) or residency training in anesthesiology
- Passion for collaboration and high-quality patient care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Interest in contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture
