Associate Veterinarian | High Production Potential + Orthopedic Mentorship

Elko Veterinary Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join the largest and busiest veterinary clinic in Northeastern Nevada.

If you want a role where you can stay busy, see interesting cases, grow your surgical skills, and have excellent production potential, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

Our mixed-animal practice provides general, urgent, and emergency care for companion animals, equine patients, livestock, and exotics. With a consistently busy caseload, our doctors have significant opportunity to build production and increase their overall earnings.

We are open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. We are also especially excited to meet doctors who want to learn more about orthopedic surgery. Our team performs many advanced orthopedic procedures, including TPLOs, and can provide mentorship to veterinarians looking to grow those skills.

A Caseload That Keeps Things Interesting

Our services include wellness, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, advanced diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic procedures including:
  • TPLO
  • TTA
  • Interlocking nail
  • External fixation
  • Toggle pin
  • Plate and screw fracture repair


The hospital is equipped with digital radiology, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, MRI, CT imaging, an in-house diagnostic laboratory, laser therapy, endoscopy, and more.

You'll join a collaborative team of six skilled and supportive veterinarians, along with multiple technicians and assistants who help our doctors fully utilize their medical and surgical abilities.
