You will own the end-to-end divisional strategy, driving revenue acceleration by establishing the organizational KPIs and value-add deal structures necessary to secure Tubi's position as an integral strategic partner.

This is a hybrid role.

  • Strategic Cadence & Multi-Year Planning: Establish rhythm for formal QBRs and a rigorous forecasting cadence to co-create partnership roadmaps. Secure multi-year direct brand commitments that reward long-term investment with premium access.
  • Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate closely with Measurement, Product, and Engineering teams to build category-specific analytics and metrics; Transform measurement signals into strategic platform capabilities that validate Tubi's value.

Your Background:
  • Proven track record of success in high-stakes, outcomes-based sales environments, with a focus on business results over reach/frequency.
