ISP Relations Manager

What You'll Do

You'll lead the ISP Relations department while overseeing the performance, profitability, and growth of NEST's nationwide Independent Service Provider network. You'll work cross-functionally to strengthen provider relationships, improve operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery across every market.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the ISP Relations department while coaching and developing Supervisors, Specialists, and Associates
  • Build, grow, and maintain a high-performing national network of Independent Service Providers
  • Oversee provider sourcing, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and relationship development
  • Conduct recurring business reviews with providers to improve service quality, compliance, and profitability
  • Negotiate provider pricing to maximize gross profit while maintaining strong long-term partnerships
  • Analyze provider performance, utilization, and operational trends to drive strategic decisions
  • Identify coverage gaps and develop solutions that improve service response and market coverage
  • Partner with Operations, Client Services, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources to achieve company objectives
  • Develop and improve departmental processes, reporting, and best operational practices
  • Support technology initiatives, reporting tools, and system enhancements that improve efficiency
  • Resolve escalated provider and client concerns while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Monitor department KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of NEST experience or equivalent management experience in facilities management, service provider management, or a related operational field
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing profitability, pricing, KPIs, and operational metrics
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
