  • 3+ years in vehicle dynamics simulation, especially with ADAMS/Car or CarSim.
  • Proficient in creating controllers using MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Experience with Ride and Handling, Kinematics, and Compliance.
  • Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics theory and practice.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct vehicle dynamics simulations to analyze performance.
  • Develop and implement control strategies using MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vehicle design.
  • Evaluate and enhance ride and handling characteristics of vehicles.
  • Analyze data from vehicle tests to inform design decisions.

Requirements
  • Masters of Science degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET accredited or equivalent program.
  • 3 years of experience in vehicle dynamics simulation, preference to using ADAMS/Car and or CarSim.
  • Experience in creating controllers in MATLAB and Simulink
  • Should have experience with Ride and Handling, Kinematics and Compliance
  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle dynamics theory and application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities with other functional groups.
  • Ability to travel to the USA for meetings.
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
