Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture required, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years' relevant industry experience; at least 3 years in a VDC role preferred.
• Proactive leadership mindset with team culture stewardship capabilities.
• Process-oriented and accountable to commitments with adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of building construction sequencing and systems.
• Familiarity with project delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, and CMAR.
• Excellent communication skills; able to influence diverse audience settings.
• Proficiency in BIM coordination software like Revizto and model authoring software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Sketchup.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of virtual building among all partners and stakeholders.
• Manage VDC planning and execution at project, office, and business unit levels.
• Effectively communicate the value of VDC capabilities to clients and partners.
• Develop succession and transition plans for the VDC team within company pathways.
• Foster integrated relationships with key departments such as Operations and Design.
• Lead the development and implementation of VDC processes and related training.
• Communicate VDC lessons learned and best practices through all project lifecycle stages.
