Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 7 years relevant industry experience; 3 years in VDC preferred.
• Leadership-oriented with a focus on team culture.
• Process-oriented with commitment to deadlines and adaptability to change.
• Strong understanding of building construction sequencing and systems.
• Familiarity with project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design Build, CMAR).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective in influencing diverse audiences.
• Proficient in BIM software: Revizto, Navisworks, Revit, and Tekla.
• Experience with laser scanning and UAS photogrammetry; some regional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Promote virtual building culture among stakeholders.
• Manage VDC planning and execution for projects, ensuring consensus among partners.
• Collaborate with Digital Craft & Reality Capture teams for project deliverables.
• Communicate VDC value and standards to internal and external parties.
• Develop and mentor VDC team members with clear succession plans.
• Foster relationships with key departments such as Business Development, Operations, and Design Integration.
• Implement VDC processes, best practices, and training for teams and regional initiatives.
• Lead VDC representation throughout the project lifecycle, including client communications.
• Drive VDC standards for laser scanning, drone programs, and model-based coordination.
