Vascular Ultrasound Technician to join our growing diagnostic imaging team in
Brooklyn, NY. This position is ideal for a qualified vascular ultrasound professional with strong experience performing non-invasive vascular studies in an outpatient clinical setting.
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Vascular Ultrasound Technician who takes pride in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial and venous studies.
- Perform Doppler and duplex ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
- Conduct studies for conditions such as DVT, venous insufficiency, arterial disease, and other vascular conditions.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and accurately document findings.
- Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain vascular ultrasound equipment appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and patient care.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Technology program.
- Current board certification is required.
- ARDMS-RVT or equivalent vascular certification required.
- Previous experience performing vascular ultrasound, Doppler, and duplex studies.
- Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.
