We are looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for our Service Department!
What You'll Do:- Lead and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
- Manage workflow, productivity, and department profitability
- Monitor service quality and maintain dealership standards
- Develop team members through recruiting, coaching, training, and leadership
What We're Looking For:- Proven retail service experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
- Ability to drive results while fostering a positive team culture
$110k - $125k/yr. Total compensation is based on a base salary with a performance commission.
Education and/or years' experience required:- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Service manager experience
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
