The RoleWe're looking for a creative, user-obsessed UX/UI Designer who blends traditional design craft with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver exceptional digital experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces for our trading platforms, onboarding flows, dashboards, and marketing surfaces.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile products, from discovery and wireframing through prototyping and handoff
- Use AI-assisted tools within Figma (e.g., Figma AI, Anima, Builder.io) to streamline component generation, auto-layout, and design-to-code workflows
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library in Figma
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation using design tokens and clear dev handoff documentation
- Use AI-powered research tools to analyze user behavior and surface actionable insights quickly
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, SaaS, or data-heavy applications
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across screen sizes and interaction patterns
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the full design and development lifecycle
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into your design workflow
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking, visual design quality, and AI-assisted work
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience designing complex data dashboards, trading platforms, and financial interfaces is required
- Ability to work on-site full-time at our Plano, TX office
