10+ Overall industry experience with 4+ years of experience in UX design
A solid UX design process focused on outcomes.
Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC.
Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade others of your good ideas.
Ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback.
Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or other design or prototyping tools.
Knowledge and experience in Information Architecture, User Interface Design, and Visual Design along with related best practices.
What would be great to have:
Expertise in Fintech -Payment or Fraud
Experience in working and presenting with the product and other engineering stakeholders
Experience in working with business leaders on the implications of architectural decisions
