UTILITY PROJECTS MANAGERHiring Range: $82,904 - $125,000 DOQFull-Time | Benefits | Paid Training Role Overview:- Lead and manage public utility projects.
- Oversee the development, design, and construction of utility maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate with city departments and external organizations.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all phases of the project life-cycle from initiation to closure.
- Deliver projects within scope, resources, time, and budget constraints.
- Assist in developing and administering water and sewer programs.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in utility construction, operations, or project management.
- 3-5 years' experience in municipal public works operations, administration, or project management in a local government setting.
- Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) Certificate
Preferred- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Virginia, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
