Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of relevant Plant Operations and maintenance experience needed.
• Relevant education may substitute for some work experience.
• Proficiency in a Windows environment required.
• Must possess one applicable Texas license in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Engineers and all Utilities related activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Manage shift transitions and allocate daily workloads effectively.
• Review performance data and contribute to leadership evaluations.
• Provide ongoing training and safety education to staff.
• Maintain accurate system and equipment records.
• Assist with contractor oversight for major projects and renovations.
