Job DescriptionJackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond is accepting applications for a Used Car Sales Director at our 43,000 sqft indoor preowned showroom:
- Recruit, train and retain top sales talent. Set measurable performance standards.
- Understand the market and develop strategies for acquiring, managing and moving appropriate inventory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with fixed operations department. Understand fixed operations and reconditioning center processes.
- Establish goals and lead department to consistently surpass goals.
- Empower employees to achieve maximum performance.
- Attend sales manager meetings
Qualifications- At least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
- Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent.
- Professional appearance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to present orally to a public audience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
