What you'll do...
Role summary:

The (USA) Vision Center Manager L3 leads the Vision Center by driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising and developing associates, maintaining compliance with company policies, and overseeing operational and safety standards. The manager fosters strong community relationships and implements strategic initiatives to meet business goals. By promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, this position ensures quality eyewear provision and supports the company's mission to deliver outstanding member experiences while upholding integrity and ethical standards.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Vision Center sales through effective merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop Associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving issues and educating Members on eyewear selection and care.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection measures.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analyze economic trends to support business goals.
  • Coordinate community outreach initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $34.50 - $46.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)








Minimum Qualifications...

Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules.
