What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Staff, Technical Program Manager within CTS Global Governance leads complex, large-scale programs spanning multiple teams to support secure, compliant operations across Walmart. This role drives end-to-end execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery, while partnering across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

With governance oversight across CSOC, Threat, Computer Vision, and Aviation, alongside product recalls, cross-border trade compliance, and financial transaction integrity, the role advances operational excellence. The Staff TPM leverages modern tools, including GenAI and advanced analytics, to improve execution, increase visibility, and drive continuous improvement across programs.
What you'll do:

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
