What you'll do...
As part of Walmart's Last Mile Delivery organization, this role will shape the operational intelligence and internal capabilities that keep Spark Driver earnings accurate, reliable, and scalable. You'll define how we measure earnings health, strengthen our analytics and reporting foundations, and build tools that help teams identify and resolve issues quickly.

This is a highly cross-functional, data-intensive space, and we're looking for a hands-on product leader who can move comfortably between strategy and detail. You'll partner across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and Compliance to turn ambiguous problems into durable products and operating mechanisms.

What you'll do:
  • Define metrics and KPIs for earnings accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and platform health.
  • Use deep-dive analysis to identify trends, root causes, impact, and product priorities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science on data requirements, reporting schemas, source-of-truth datasets, and scalable measurement.
  • Own associate-facing tools for investigating, monitoring, reconciling, and resolving earnings issues.
  • Lead initiatives in automated monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Drive ambiguous, high-priority investigations and special projects from discovery through implementation.
  • Build cross-functional relationships, clarify ownership, and establish effective operating mechanisms.
  • Set product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.

What you'll bring:
  • You're an expert communicator.
  • You're analytically strong and comfortable using complex data to define metrics, test assumptions, and surface actionable insights.
  • You understand how data models, reporting, internal tools, and operational processes work together to support reliable products.
  • You bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional problems and move work forward independently.
  • You build trust quickly, take ownership, and communicate complex ideas clearly across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • You're curious about practical applications of AI and automation.
  • Experience with regulated financial systems, SOX, or ITGC controls is a plus.
