What you'll do...

Role summary:
The (USA) Software Engineer III plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. This position involves troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing and continuous integration practices. The role requires managing projects of varying complexity, providing technical guidance to small engineering groups, and maintaining alignment with business objectives. The engineer contributes to innovation by adopting emerging technologies and supports sustainable, secure, and efficient software development throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to define high-level design and technical solutions for projects.
  • Develop, write, and test code ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements, including security and scalability standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
  • Manage project tasks, communicate status, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering groups, including offshore associates.
  • Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Conduct testing, defect management, and performance monitoring to maintain application quality and reliability.


What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as Java, Spring Boot,
  • Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Ability to develop and execute test cases, including automation and regression testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Also, Proficiency with version control systems such as gitHub
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
