What you'll do...
Role summary:
Join Walmart Global Tech working on Sam's Club as a Senior Software Engineer to lead the delivery of scalable software solutions through collaborative engineering efforts. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality code across multiple languages while integrating AI/ML components to enhance platform capabilities. You will drive the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and maintainable software systems that support Walmart's strategic goals.

What you'll do:
  • Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
  • Assist in translating high-level designs into detailed technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to uphold software quality and performance.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
