Role Summary
As a Senior Product Manager at Walmart, you will independently lead a complex product or product family by leveraging deep customer insights, strategic vision, and technology expertise to drive significant business outcomes. You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address customer needs and market opportunities. This role requires advanced data-driven decision-making, mentorship of peers, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning product initiatives with organizational goals to maximize value and innovation.

About the Team
The team focuses on advancing Membership Personalization to drive growth, engagement, and retention for Sam's Club and Walmart+ members. Using data-driven insights and strategic product management practices, the team develops and executes product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders ensures the delivery of impactful solutions that enhance member experiences. Responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle and leveraging analytics and Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics to guide decision-making and optimize results. This team plays a critical role in shaping innovative membership offerings that create sustained value and support the company's strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
