As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive impactful business outcomes. This role requires independent ownership of product direction, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions. You will mentor peers, influence stakeholders, and apply data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance. Your expertise in technology and strategic thinking will guide innovation and ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering continuous improvement and value realization throughout the product lifecycle.
About the team:

Our team develops an AI-native merchandising platform that supports the merchandising organization by building shared services to govern and scale applications effectively. We focus on leveraging advanced technologies and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy and roadmap management. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team drives innovation and operational excellence to deliver scalable solutions. Members apply strong project and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex challenges and ensure alignment with business goals. This team fosters a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking to maximize impact across the merchandising domain.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
