Position Summary...
As a Senior Product Manager, you will independently lead the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive impactful business outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and manage product lifecycle activities from roadmap development to post-launch optimization. Utilizing data-driven decision making and emerging technologies, you will shape scalable solutions that address customer needs and market opportunities. This role demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a dynamic environment.

What you'll do...
  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Build deep customer understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize key problems.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, risks, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor product managers, fostering collaboration and guiding product lifecycle management.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and AI capabilities to optimize product outcomes and validate assumptions.
  • Influence technology adoption and innovation, promoting continuous improvement and scalable processes.


What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with demonstrated strategic vision and domain expertise.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, market needs, and business objectives.
  • Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, effectively influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics, A/B testing, and leveraging AI to optimize product outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and continuous improvement processes to enhance product delivery and team performance.
  • Ability to mentor and develop product management talent, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and Product backlog - Single point of contact for product concerns and questions from the site operations. Support cross-functional product by assisting in discovery and in driving adoption of new capabilities by leveraging onsite relationship and to continuously improve the automation system.
  • Automation Vendor task management - Engage with automation vendor team to drive problem tickets and incidents to resolution. Deep dive system issues onsite, create quick wins and product intakes. Drive prioritization. Work with system support team to produce weekly report on impacting incidents and key stability metrics.
  • Deployments - Onsite for deployments and lead smoke testing. Produce post-deployment reports in collaboration with automation vendors.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
