The Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, Sam's MAP, leads strategic sales initiatives by leveraging deep industry knowledge and business acumen to drive impactful advertising solutions. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, managing complex negotiations, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to maximize business value. The position requires advanced analytical skills to interpret market data and guide decision-making, while mentoring team members to enhance performance. The Senior Partner ensures alignment with organizational objectives, promotes operational excellence, and contributes to continuous improvement in sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
