What you'll do: - Provide strategic direction and influence multiple technology operations projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective resource allocation.
- Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch validation for assigned identity goals.
- Develop and implement technology strategies that support business needs and drive operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration across teams.
- Monitor initiative performance using key metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions, supporting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain clear and current documentation in Confluence including fraud requirements and operating procedures for multiple tenants.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience in technology and business operations, identity fraud and risk, and eCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application to business operations and technology solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Skilled working with data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics partners to understand fraud trends and business impact.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology initiatives and develop compelling business cases.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster collaboration.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
