What you'll do...
Role summary:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Senior Manager, Seller Growth Solutions to serve as the lead for Seller Center. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM teams to shape the evolution of Seller Center into a personalized, action-oriented experience that helps sellers grow. You will bring the voice of the seller into product strategy, translate business priorities into product opportunities, and ensure platform investments are tied to measurable outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can influence cross-functional teams.
What you'll do:

Shape Seller Center Strategy
  • Partner with Product leadership to define the business strategy and long-term vision for Seller Center.
  • Ensure roadmap decisions are grounded in seller needs and business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve seller adoption, engagement, and growth through scalable product experiences.

Influence Product Direction
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to prioritize investments that improve seller experience and business outcomes.

Drive Seller Insights
  • Build a deep understanding of seller journeys across Seller Center, APIs, and solution providers.
  • Analyze seller behavior and product performance to identify opportunities and influence strategic investments.

Lead Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Establish operating rhythms across Product, Engineering, GTM, Voice of Seller
  • Drive alignment across complex initiatives


What you'll bring:

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Strategy, Product Operations, eCommerce, Marketplace, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional product roadmaps through data, customer insights, and strategic analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to influence executive decision making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in eCommerce marketplaces or seller ecosystems.
  • Experience building or scaling B2B products or platform experiences.
  • Experience with experimentation, product analytics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL) and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
