Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition leads strategic workforce planning and talent sourcing initiatives to meet evolving business needs. This role manages multiple projects, aligns recruiting strategies with organizational goals, and partners cross-functionally to optimize talent pipelines. Utilizing data-driven insights and advanced sourcing techniques, the position drives continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience. The role also coaches and develops team members, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures effective communication to deliver high-impact talent solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
