Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This role involves analyzing data to enhance network performance, managing supplier compliance, and resolving escalated operational issues. The position requires collaboration across stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales and profitability goals while driving continuous process improvements. Additionally, the role includes supervising teams, managing external partnerships, and supporting leadership in service provider selection to optimize supply chain effectiveness and deliver consistent business results.
What you'll do: - Lead U.S. Export execution and optimization, ensuring reliable end-to-end flow from suppliers through origin operations, consolidation, export, and delivery to international markets.
- Drive cross-border transportation solutions across the Americas, supporting the evolution toward a scalable operating model.
- Optimize origin operations and consolidation, improving supplier pickup, consolidation strategy, container utilization, routing, lead time, and transportation efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end execution and exceptions, proactively identifying risks, resolving operational issues, and establishing clear escalation and recovery processes.
- Data driven to improve performance, identifying opportunities across service, cost, capacity, lead time, and network utilization.
- Partner with technology teams to enable automation and visibility, translating operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
What you'll bring: - Extensive experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes within complex distribution networks.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements to enhance network efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams, mentoring associates, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Expertise in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey expectations and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in developing and executing business plans aligned with operational and strategic goals.
- Proficiency in applying lean concepts and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize supply chain execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
