Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads strategic inventory planning and execution to optimize product availability, cost, and flow across the network. This role directs supplier partnerships, demand forecasting, and exception management to ensure seamless inventory alignment with business objectives. By driving root cause analysis and recovery strategies, the position enhances inventory health and operational performance. The role also provides leadership in team development, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring accountability and excellence in replenishment and inventory management across multiple channels and markets.
About the team:
The D96 Adult Beverage Replenishment team ensures product availability across stores and eCommerce channels by managing replenishment through a complex network of distributors, suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers. The team collaborates cross-functionally to enhance in-stock performance, inventory health, and operational excellence. This role offers broad exposure to merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and digital fulfillment, directly influencing how merchandise reaches customers within Walmart's omnichannel ecosystem. The team emphasizes strategic inventory planning, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement to support efficient product flow and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
  • Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
  • Oversee launch forecasts, seasonal and promotional planning to align inventory with business priorities and modular timing.
  • Direct root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health.
  • Manage allocation strategies and network-wide inventory flows to balance demand, cost, and speed across channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed inventory strategies that reduce costs and enhance availability.
  • Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain, and inventory planning to optimize product availability and cost efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
