Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Renewals leads the comprehensive renewal process for subscription clients, developing and executing retention strategies that align with business goals. The position involves managing forecasts, pipeline metrics, and reporting to support strategic planning. What you'll do: - Lead the end-to-end renewal process for Scintilla Charter subscribers, ensuring timely and effective contract renewals.
- Develop and implement retention strategies by analyzing subscriber usage data and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Product, Legal, and Research teams to align renewal offerings.
- Negotiate and finalize renewal agreements that meet business and client objectives.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline metrics, and CRM records to support leadership planning.
- Drive multiple business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
- Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing team environment.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to finalize agreements aligning business and client objectives.
- Expertise in analyzing subscriber data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM and contract management systems, including Salesforce.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
