Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Inventory Accounting Center of Excellence (COE) is hiring a Senior Manager, Record to Report to support inventory accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and governance activities across Walmart North America. This role will serve as a key business partner to Controllership, Supply Chain, and Technology teams, helping ensure financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and timely issue resolution.
What you'll do: - Lead inventory accounting governance and business support activities across North America.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology teams to investigate and resolve inventory-related accounting issues.
- Support month-end close activities, financial reporting, and balance sheet reviews.
- Oversee SOX compliance activities and monitor the effectiveness of inventory-related controls.
- Analyze inventory trends and operational metrics to support accurate financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve reporting, and strengthen financial oversight.
What you'll bring: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2 years of supervisory experience OR 2 years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution across complex processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventory accounting, supply chain, or public accounting experience preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
