About the team: The team leads remodeling and new store building projects, aligning operations and implementation to meet strategic goals. It plans and executes multiple initiatives by applying operational expertise to enhance program outcomes. The team establishes and enforces policies, coordinates cross-functional activities, and drives continuous improvement to optimize performance. With strong leadership, it develops teams, communicates changes effectively, and ensures compliance with company standards. By fostering collaboration and adaptability, the team supports business objectives, promotes operational excellence, and delivers sustainable solutions that align with customer needs and company priorities.
What you'll do: - Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage schedules, procurement, and installation of materials.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, addressing obstacles and adjusting timelines as needed.
- Direct associates and contractors on project processes, merchandise placement, and equipment installation to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review designs, resolve construction issues, and ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
- Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and drive corrective actions to achieve results.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
