Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: - Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.

CICERO, Illinois US-03004: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00
