What you'll do...
Role summary:
  • Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
  • Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.

Your experience collaborating with Operations, Facility Services, contractors, and cross-functional teams allows you to identify risks, control costs, and drive projects forward efficiently. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30007: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

CICERO, Illinois US-03004: The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
