What you'll do...
Role summary:

The Senior Project Manager - Industrial Design & Construction Remodels leads the design, development, and execution of industrial facility remodel and climate control projects across Walmart's supply chain network. This role oversees third-party consultants, manages project scope, schedule, and budgets, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure successful project delivery. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to drive consistency, process improvements, and operational excellence while supporting strategic business initiatives. The role also serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance across multiple projects and ensuring projects align with company standards, timelines, and long-term operational goals.
What you'll do:

Lead the design and development of industrial remodel and climate control projects from inception through final turnover. Manage third-party consultants, permitting processes, project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate program meetings, present updates to leadership, and identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and execution efficiency. Support strategic business initiatives as a team lead and subject matter expert while driving collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence across multiple industrial development projects.
What you'll bring:

Strong experience in industrial facility design, construction, program management, or site development. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Skilled in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and consultant oversight. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments. Experience leading process improvements, coordinating complex project initiatives, and presenting to leadership. Knowledge of industrial or warehouse development, automation-related projects, and operating facility environments preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
