Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing strategic plans, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. What you'll do: - Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
- Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
- Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
