Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by aligning operational priorities with strategic goals. About the team: The team supports Walmart's 340B program, focusing on operations and business development to deliver financial savings through 340B Drug Pricing. It collaborates with stores, Covered Entity partners, and Third Party Administrators to optimize program value and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include account management, financial reporting, auditing, and cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Finance, and Payor teams. The team also drives business development by analyzing industry trends and supporting new and existing customers. This role involves travel to engage partners, address needs, and enhance program performance, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
