Role summary:

The Senior Manager, Marketplace, leads assortment strategy and business process improvements to enhance category performance and operational excellence. This role collaborates with merchants and stakeholders to develop data-driven plans, optimize seller performance, and implement innovative solutions aligned with market trends. The position requires expertise in data transformation, negotiation, and strategic business acumen to influence decision-making and drive measurable results. The successful candidate fosters strong partnerships, promotes continuous improvement, and ensures alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
This is a highly visible role, leading one of the largest L2s across Marketplace!
What you'll do:
  • Lead assortment strategy development and management for assigned categories, utilizing analytics to optimize product mix and performance.
  • Drive business process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Extract, transform, and customize data sets to support reporting and decision-making across multiple stakeholders.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
