Role summary:
The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility, leads the execution of strategic business plans and process enhancements to optimize operational performance. This role involves managing multiple projects, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a high-performing team environment through coaching and development. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable solutions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role supports organizational goals by promoting integrity, accountability, and adaptability while delivering measurable results that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About the team:
The Operations Improvement team leads efforts to enhance facility efficiency and service quality through process optimization and change management. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team identifies performance gaps, analyzes data, and implements scalable solutions that support daily operations and strategic goals. By standardizing best practices and fostering capability building, the team ensures consistent and effective operations across facilities. Their work advances key initiatives such as reducing delays, improving resource utilization, and strengthening execution to achieve sustained performance improvements at scale.
What you'll do:

  • Skilled in analyzing data and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and governance to meet business objectives and compliance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
