What you'll do: - Lead and oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities, ensuring safety, sanitation, and mechanical functionality.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve obstacles and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance maintenance reliability.
- Coordinate crisis management and warranty claim processes to minimize disruptions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide guidance and training to teams, fostering continuous improvement and technical proficiency.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
