Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary: Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead advanced data initiatives & standardization of KPIs to drive strategic business decisions across eComm, Merchandizing and Operations. This role requires expertise in data sourcing, quality management, and visualization to translate complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to develop data strategies, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leveraging analytical tools and methodologies, this position supports continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining high standards of data governance and integrity to enhance operational effectiveness and customer value.
What you'll do: - Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
- Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead data strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance, quality, and security policies.
- Mentor and guide team members on analytics methods, data storytelling, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-enabled decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee data quality management, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring activities to maintain data integrity.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
