What you'll do...
Role summary:

Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead advanced data initiatives & standardization of KPIs to drive strategic business decisions across eComm, Merchandizing and Operations. This role requires expertise in data sourcing, quality management, and visualization to translate complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to develop data strategies, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Leveraging analytical tools and methodologies, this position supports continuous improvement and innovation while maintaining high standards of data governance and integrity to enhance operational effectiveness and customer value.
What you'll do:

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
