Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Controllership, provides oversight over financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves managing end-to-end processes that impact financial statement, internal controls, and audit processes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The position drives continuous improvement in accounting operations and supports strategic business initiatives by providing insightful financial analysis and guidance. Additionally, the role fosters team development and promotes a culture of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence within the controllership function.

What you'll do...
  • Support business processes and accounting for Long Term Debt and Derivatives (prior experience not required).
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis for balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.
  • Support external financial reporting (including 10-Qs and 10-Ks).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements including Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements.
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives and initiatives, providing strategic insights and support to drive decision-making and financial planning.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
