Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Construction, leads the planning, execution, and completion of major construction projects by managing schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications. This role drives strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration across internal and external teams, and oversees risk and change management to meet business objectives. The position also provides leadership and development for associates, promotes operational excellence, and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance project outcomes while maintaining alignment with company values and standards.
About the team:
The team leads structured cabling execution for Walmart's Special Projects and New Store programs, ensuring reliable network infrastructure across a high-volume construction portfolio. They translate business and technology requirements into actionable projects, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, vendors, and risks. Collaborating with Construction, Realty, Technology, and vendor partners, the team aligns infrastructure delivery with construction timelines and technology needs. This data-driven group emphasizes performance metrics, continuous improvement, and hands-on project management to deliver quality results safely, on time, and within budget, supporting Walmart's operational and strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
